Booking

Bookings may be arranged over the phone or by email. Please note that we do NOT offer an online booking service at the moment. Any booking request made via the website must be confirmed by phone or email by a member of staff before it will be entered into our booking system.
To secure your booking we require a name, mobile number and EITHER a 50% deposit OR prepayment in full. This can be paid over the phone via credit card or in person at the Spa. If using a gift voucher, we will record the voucher number as the deposit.

Group and Corporate Bookings – We are happy to accommodate group bookings and can custom designed a spa package to suit the requirements of the group or occasion. Please contact the spa via phone or email to discuss your needs. Four or more people is a group booking, please note that we require a full payment three days prior to you appointments, these appointments cannot be changed after they’ve been paid for, unless there is a medical condition.

If you wish to request a specific therapist, please do so by name at the time of booking.

Please understand that during peak times there can be a wait of some weeks for weekend appointments. We suggest planning ahead to avoid disappointment at these times.

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice must be given to cancel or significantly amend any booking. When less than 24 hours, 50% of the full treatment fee will be charged. Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% of the fee being charged or gift vouchers redeemed in full.
All packages and products purchased are non-refundable. Unopened products may be exchanged under certain circumstances.

Arrival

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your early arrival means that we will be able to complete your client consultation form and transition you through the spa without infringing on your treatment time. Please understand that late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time.

Spa attire

Gowns, slippers and towels are provided for your comfort and convenience. For some treatments disposable underwear will be provided, if you prefer, you are welcome to wear your own underwear or swimwear. When visiting Annasha for 90min or longer you will be provided with a gown and complementary access to our relaxation lounge for the duration of your stay. For any treatments shorter than 90minutes, you may wish to upgrade to gown/lounge service, by asking upon booking.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Opening Hours – The Spa is open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday by request only, with a surcharge of 15% and a minimum of three hour booking). Arrangements can be made to extend our hours if required. Please call the Spa to discuss.
Mobile phones – We ask you to ensure that mobile phones are switched to quiet or meeting mode. We suggest that devices such as iPads or laptops are left at home.

Children – We offer a limited selection of treatments to children and teenagers between the ages of 8 and 16 through our Petite and La Teen Spa menu. However, please note that children must be accompanied by an adult guardian for the entirety of their time in the spa.
To ensure a peaceful and tranquil environment for all our clients we ask, unless children are enjoying a spa treatment, they stay at home. We feel a day spa is not a safe place for small children and we do not have the ability to supervise little ones.

Gentlemen – All our massage, facial and body treatments are available to men. We also offer some mens waxing services. Please check the website for further information. If men wish to have a facial, we suggest that they shave as close to their treatment time as possible.

Conduct – Our therapists are fully trained and experienced and will work ensure your experience at Annasha exceeds every expectation. If you feel any form of discomfort during your visit, please let them know as soon as possible.
Water is available to all guests upon request at any time during your visit. We ask you to ensure you have an adequate fluid intake during your time in the spa and refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages before, during and after your spa experience.
Our therapists reserve the right to terminate any treatment if they feel client behaviour is unacceptable at any time.

Valuables – While guest lockers are provided, Annasha is no responsible for any items lost or misplaced during your visit. We suggest that any jewellery or valuables are left at home.

Medical Conditions – When making your reservation please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which might affect your spa experience. You will be asked to fill out and sign a confidential consultation form upon arrival. While we are able to adapt to many circumstances, failure to disclose any conditions is at the clients risk.

Pregnancy – Upon booking, please advise your current stage of pregnancy and estimated due date. We have specially designed spa treatments that are suitable for mums to be. Please allow us to help guide you to select the most suitable treatment for you.

Gift Vouchers – Gift vouchers are available for all treatments and packages or as services to a dollar value. Vouchers can be mailed or collected from the spa during opening hours. Gift wrapping is available on request. Vouchers are valid for twelve months from date of purchase unless specified otherwise. Annasha Day Spa vouchers cannot be redeemed on any procedures provided by Dr.Sam Aravinth. A voucher for the Dermal Fillers can be arranged upon special request.
