Package A – Block of 5 x 30 minute personal training sessions  $45* per session.

Package B – Block of 10 x 30 minute personal training sessions $40* per session.

Consultation – Your initial consultation with Kit will be free of charge and should take only 15 minutes. In this time Kit will be able to establish the best personal training program for your individual needs.

*All sessions must be paid before resuming.

At Annasha Holistic Personal Training includes life coaching. It is more than personal training, and more than health and fitness. Body, Mind & Soul coach Kit is unique in, that she takes a holistic view to health and fitness. She believes and knows that the holistic approach is one that empowers the client to learn how to self heal, by approaching the body as a tightly interconnected set of systems each affecting the other – mentally, physically and emotionally.

After your initial consultation, you can conveniently continue with a block of 30 or 60 minutes. A 30 minute one to one express training session is ideal for clients who are time poor & prefer short, sharp precise training sessions, individually based on your goals, and 60 minutes, ideal for clients who prefer, need and love extra technique attention, this will include one to one coaching, technique tune up with lots of support & motivation enabling you achieve your goals.
